Heidi Schrama
LLB / BCom / Diploma Teaching Primary
Heidi has 25 years experience teaching children and adults. Based in Paraparaumu on the Kapiti Coast, she welcomes students from across the wider Wellington region. She is a trained and experienced teacher in early childhood, primary and high school education — holding qualifications including LLB, BCom, and a Diploma in Teaching (Primary).
Her students have consistently achieved the top marks in New Zealand for the last 20 years, with all students obtaining nothing less than distinctions in both practical and theory exams.
Her passion lies in teaching children of all ages, including autistic children — there are no boundaries to learning.

Heidi is a trained and experienced music teacher with expertise in early childhood, primary, and secondary education. She believes in giving children a strong foundation — teaching them to read music, listen carefully, record progress, and confidently play. Theory is a compulsory part of tuition, essential for developing well-rounded musicians.
QUALIFICATIONS
Students sit internationally recognised examinations through Trinity College London and the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. Goal setting is a key part of Heidi's philosophy, encouraging students to challenge themselves and achieve their full potential.
RESULTS
For the past 25 years, Heidi's students have consistently achieved distinctions in both practical and theory examinations. By high school, their musical knowledge is well above standard for their age group.
